All pilots will be 3/4 and one lance/star commander 2/3 starting for free.
Players bring two forces: one 8k bv and one 4k bv. If we have an even amount of players show up each can use their 8k forces, but if an odd amount of players show up we will roll off and the winners can use their 8k force and the others will be a team with their combined 4k forces.
Players in a team MUST cooperate until the start of turn 4. Then it can be all against each other.
No minimum or maximum number of mechs or vehicles in (both) your force(s).
Stock mechs (and vehicles lol) only.
Combined arms allowed. Make sure you know all the rules to your units!
Total Warfare rules. NO OPTIONAL RULES. If it's in Total Warfare it's not an optional rule, so for example you can bring special munitions. Floating Crits is not in Total Warfare so we will not use that.
Battletech can be fast and lethal so be prepared in case your Mechs get decapitated, debilitating center torso crits or legs blown off on the first turn of the game!
No aerospace units allowed.
Tech Level is 3152. Advanced tech like superchargers, etc allowed. If it's on an official record sheet bring it.
I'm starting a new gaming etiquette practice of declaring the maps we will use for the game. That way we can all prepare our forces accordingly. Map pictured above.
Looking forward to gaming this Saturday! See everyone there! I've hosted games all last year in this format and feel we will be able to finish a game within 3 hours.
