7th Sea: The Price of Arrogance Campaign

Imagine Indiana Jones meets Pirates of the Caribbean, with a touch of Treasure Island… Adventurers will embark on an extraordinary journey, from the imperial courts of Montaigne to the sweltering jungles of the New World. A quest across Terra, fraught with pitfalls and mortal dangers, will pit Heroes against some of the most dangerous enemies to be found on the seven seas. They may discover priceless treasures… but they should be careful to keep their pride in check, for they may well pay the price of arrogance! This campaign for 7th Sea is a 300-page full-color book featuring an epic saga in three acts and a host of gameplay options, including Paths, a system that allows each Game Master to tailor the story to their favorite play style. 

This book is an epic campaign made up of ten scenarios! Different "modes" are offered, allowing a focus on distinct atmospheres: the supernatural, conspiracies and the darker side of humanity, science and Syrneth artifacts.

The Price of Arrogance contains all the narrative elements you need to set up the story. However, it is not a standalone product: to use it, you will need the 7th Sea Second Edition core rulebook (for the rules and setting description). While not essential, The New World supplement (which details the Aztlan continent) is highly recommended. Nations of Théah Vol. 1 (which includes a chapter on Montaigne) and Pirate Nations (which includes a chapter on the islands of the Atabean Sea) can also add valuable atmosphere. 📕
