Here's something roleplaying gamers and archives staff have in common: managing lots of paper! The GM Campaign Journal is great for keeping notes, adventure ideas, NPCs, and more well organized, and the Character Portfolios do the same thing for the sorts of info players accumulate. But over the course of an exciting campaign, both players and GMs also end up with handouts, maps, images of characters, creatures, and artefacts, and other items that make the game fun and immersive. How to organize all of that?
It so happens that the Magnus Institute also manages a fair bit of paper, so let's take some inspiration from that. Use this set of a dozen Magnus Institute file folders to manage game documents, or as an element of immersive props to support your adventures.
